Omega-3 fatty acids are considered essential fatty acids because humans must get them from food or supplementation; i.e., they cannot be made from other substances in the body. Essential omega-3 fatty acids from fish, EPA and DHA, are beneficial for the cardiovascular system. Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are also supportive of healthy brain function. Suggested Usage

Other Ingredients: Gelatin (bovine), Purified Water and Glycerin (vegetable source) gelcap, Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols).

Contains ingredient derived from fish (fish oil = anchovy, sardine, mackerel).

This product does not contain wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy, egg, dairy products, or artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, or artificial flavors. This product also does not contain lactose, palmitic acid, magnesium stearate, or stearic acid.

Warnings

This product is contraindicated in an individual with a history of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.

The omega-3 fatty acids in Super EPA and the gelatin in the Super EPA softgel capsule are derived from fish.

Great product; excellent company, no fillers, checked for heavy metals, toxins, etc. Highly recommended. It is a little pricey but you only take one supplement a day (90 day supply).

I am 78 and I have been taking Super EPA by Thorne for several years. It has been a big help in keeping my cholesterol numbers down so I have not had to take medicine for it.
