Standard

Use 5-10 drops 3 times per day before meals. If well tolerated gradually increase to 25 drops 3 times per day. Cycle 3 weeks on 1 week off.

Aggressive

Use 20-35 drops 3 times daily. Add drops to water, juice, or your favorite smoothie as desired.

Sensitive

Reduce dosage to up to 5 drops 1 to 2 times daily. Add drops to water, juice, or your favorite smoothie as desired.

Toddler Under 50 lbs.

Take up to 4 drops twice daily.

Child Between 50 - 125 lbs

Take 4 drops twice daily. If well tolerated gradually increase to 4-8 drops 2 times per day.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PARA 2 AND PARA 3?

Para 3 is comprised of a completely different herbal blend than Para 2, it is extremely potent! As a liquid, it will be absorbed deeper into the system to clear a different variety of toxins/parasites. Because of its potency, it should be taken 3 weeks on, 1 week off. Para 2 while strong, does not need to be cycled like this.

HOW DO I USE THIS IN A NASAL RINSE?

Take a neti pot then 10-15 minutes later do the saline rinse/saltwater rinse. 1-3 drops, working up per 6 oz of distilled water, use a neti pot every other day at most.

PLEASE NOTE:

The above 1 dropperful dosages for IS-BORR, IS-BART, IS-BAB, and IS-BOOST are starting dosages. For each of these products, work toward 10 droppersful twice daily until one bottle is gone. This upper dosage may not be reached before the bottle is gone, which is OK. One dropperful (approximately ¼ teaspoon) means squeezing the top bulb fully once and letting the tincture be drawn in.
